 In 2022, I was introduced to a 90-day virtual coaching program, hosted by Rachel Rodgers’ company. I read the sales page because there was NO WAY this 90-day program was $25,000. 
 I broke into a cold sweat. Tears filled my eyes. 
I debated signing up. I called two entrepreneur girlfriends. I talked it out with Brian. I argued with myself, but I knew in my gut I needed to do it.
Being.in.the.room would open my mind to thinking in new ways, guide me to taking new action, and connect me to others who’d accelerate my growth.
 Right room, right actions, right connections. 
 If I learned only one new way to grow my leadership and expand my impact through this program, it would pay back what I had invested. I simply had to answer two questions: Was I worth the investment? Would this investment yield financial dividends … and more? 
 If I could do this, then the investment paid for itself. 
 I chose to bet on myself and signed up with fear and trembling. 
 Within 3 months I earned over double the investment and completely restructured a part of my business. Within 6 months I doubled the previous 6 months revenue. Beyond the financial growth, I exponentially expanded my leadership through the process. 
 The process, deliberate work, and feedback I received from Rachel Rodgers, her team, AND the other participants in the program took my leadership to the next level. 
 For over two decades, I have disproportionately invested in myself because I am my best investment. I don’t have time or energy to waste haphazardly figuring things out on my own. I want to work smarter, not harder. I want to learn how to get results faster and do it with my whole self.

Answers for your Questions:
What’s included in the cost of my ticket?
 Two nights in a beautiful home plus two breakfasts, one lunch, and one dinner. You’re responsible for travel, transportation, and second-night dinner expenses. 

I’d really love to come, but I’m nervous I won’t know anyone. Can we meet each other before the retreat?
We’ll host a “meet and greet” Zoom event prior to the retreat. You’ll be able to meet and find points of connections with other women, so you’ll walk into the room seeing friendly faces on Day #1!

How many women will be attending?
We’re intentionally keeping this a small, intimate group of less than 15 leaders. All participants will be approved through application process.

What time does the retreat start and end?
On Day #1 retreat begins at 4pm ET and concludes at 10am ET on Day #3.

Will I get 1:1 coaching with April on this retreat?
April will host the entire retreat, facilitate group coaching, and be available beyond formal sessions, but there will not be any 1:1 coaching.

What’s the application process?
When you apply, you’ll see a short form to complete with details about leadership journey. You’ll pay at $250 deposit to submit your application (this deposit will be refunded if you are not selected).

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If you are selected, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay for your ticket. The cost of the deposit will be deducted from the cost of your ticket.

What’s the cost of a ticket to the retreat?
Apply with a $250 deposit, then the full price for this exclusive, elevated retreat is $2950. But it's cheaper if you're on the waitlist, in our WWMC, or register with our early bird rate. Bottom Line: Register before spots fill and prices go up! A payment plan is also available.

When does registration close?
Registration closes October 15th @ 5pm or when spots sell out.

Will this be valuable if I’ve done a coaching group?
Yes! The content, connections, and coaching will be unique to this retreat.

What happens if something comes up and I’m no longer able to attend the retreat?
Tickets to the retreat are non-refundable.

Are there scholarships available?
There are no scholarships available for this retreat.
