Get ready for a weekend of deliciousness, laughter,
and unforgettable memories with the one and only Chef Shugo Komatsu.
As your personal chef for the Warrior Women's retreat, Shugo will bring a dash of humor, a sprinkle of sensitivity, and a whole lot of culinary magic. From his early years in Okinawa to mastering the kitchen in California, Shugo's journey is as flavorful as his dishes.

Having discovered his love for both the art and science of cooking during the pandemic's early days, Shugo's rapid rise from novice to virtuoso is a testament to his dedication and passion. With a background in feeding both the soul and stomach, this Japanese American ex-youth-pastor now cooks for 300+ alongside professional chefs every Sunday.

But Shugo's talents extend beyond the kitchen's realm. Whether he's practicing self-care or sharing heartwarming moments with his feline companions, his presence is as diverse as his culinary creations. As the retreat's only 'man-in-the-house,' Shugo's presence will be a calming addition to the already memorable weekend.

An enthusiastic student of female-empowerment, Shugo has studied the wholeness dimensions and specially curated a menu that fuels the body, delights the tongue, and fulfills dietary restrictions without shame or guilt.
Shugo will be staying in the house, rooming with his wife Sarah (Administrative Genius for Ezer + Co.) and other Ezer + Co. Staff.
Two nights. Two days. Twenty-Three women.
Experience the 6 wholeness dimensions as you come back to yourself & increase wholeness in our life & leadership in the company of other Warrior Women.
